Description
Haitian Pate Code is about the same type as puff pastry but with a different cooking. Pate Code or Pate Kreol is fried and contains more ingredients as stuffing. Pate Code is known for its speed of preparation and offers much more to consume inside the dough. It is served as a heavy breakfast or lunch. Some also consume it as dinner at work.
